With three large blast shops, we can accommodate work over 100-feet long by 20-feet wide by 16-feet tall.
Each shop is set up for different types of projects, allowing us to meet your needs carefully and efficiently. We'll remove old coatings, heavy rust, mill scale and marine growth on the largest pieces you can truck to us, or use very fine blast media to put a satin finish on stainless steel. We take care to meet the cleaning level standards of the Steel Structures Painting Council (SSPC) and National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE).
Our blasting experience includes:
Antifouling and deck coating applications for the marine industry.
Frosting, texturing and designs for glass and plastic panels.
Text and image "engraving" and honing alternatives for brick, tile and stone.
Patinas, clear coats and other blasting techniques for architectural projects.
Blast-cleaning all types of metals, including alloy steel, aluminum, stainless and other non-ferrous metals.
- Aluminum oxide
- Steel shot
- Steel grit
- Glass bead
- Plastic media

We have seven paint booths, the largest spanning 6,000 square feet with 20 feet of vertical clearance.
This allows us to tackle even the largest projects with meticulous care and a fast turnaround. Our experienced team is able to match color, sheen and texture to your exact specifications. We're also able to apply highly protective coatings, such as coal tar and epoxies, that meet American Water Works Association (AWWA) standards. From industrial and marine, to architectural and homeowner projects, we'll get the job done right.
Our painting and coating experience includes:
Marine coatings for vessels, docks and floats.
Painting and coating for aerospace parts and tooling, applied in accordance with federal, state and military requirements.
New equipment for finishing, as well as used equipment painted to look new.
Durable finishes for transportation boxes and ISO shipping containers.
Metallic and "aged" coatings for interior and exterior artwork.

Our wheelabrator scours away mill scale and corrosion, leaving steel clean and prepped for painting.
With a capacity for items 20 inches high by 11 feet wide, our horizontal wheelabrator is perfect for cleaning beams, angles, channels, pipes, tubes and plates. Steel is transported through the machine via a roll conveyor, achieving an SSPC-SP6, SP10 or SP5 clean. This process enables easier welding, cutting and forming, and speeds up fabrication while keeping your shop cleaner. A "wheeled" surface is ideally suited for most paint types, and promotes adhesion and durability.

We have the equipment, expertise and facilities to coat projects of all sizes with any type of sprayed metal.
From cruise ship docks in Alaska to aerospace tooling and marine fleet work, we have extensive experience metallizing items from a diverse range of industries. We apply metal coatings with both electric arc and oxygen/acetylene gas equipment. Our stock of matierals includes zinc, aluminum, bronze, nickel, stainless steel, copper and non-skids. By keeping this range of materials on hand, we're able to provide a quick turnaround on most any project.
