advanced technology
Our equipment is made by Thermion®, the leading manufacturer of high-production metalizing systems worldwide. Their SafTrax technology is a ceramic oxide core wire made up of aluminum and ceramic oxides (up to 46 percent by volume), allowing for a high percentage of ceramic within an aluminum matrix.
The result is a wear-resistant surface that guards against corrosion while maintaining an average 1.1 friction coefficient.
