Employee Of The Month -
APRIL 2004
Salvador Chacon -
(Cha-cone)
Salvador hired on at Puget Sound
Coatings in February of 2001 as a helper working on our Counter Weight project.
Since then he has moved to swing shift and plays a key part to getting the work
put through the system.
Salvador's fellow employees recognized him by writing such things about him as:
"Enjoys His Work...", "Very Dependable...", "Is A Good Worker...",
"Starts On or Before Time, EVERYDAY...", "Willing To Do Whatever It Takes To
Get The Job Done...", "...What Ever Job 'THAT' Is, Asked Of Him...", "Wants
To And Is Always Ready To Learn...", "Is A Good, Dependable Forklift Driver...", "Always Helpful...",
"Always Keeps Himself Busy Doing Something Productive...", and many more things, to many to list.
It might appear Salvador is a quiet person, it may be due to the fact that he
moved to the USA just five years ago from his home town of Jocotepec Jalisco,
Mexico. He works hard to continually learn the English language better so as to
be able to better communicate with the people around him. It has been witnessed,
on many occasions, that during his lunch break he will work on his English
skills because he recognizes that this is one of the keys to his success while
living in the area.
Salvador received far above any others, the vote for being the 'April Employee
Of The Month' by his fellow crew members.
*** Keep Up The Good Work Salvador ***
Puget Sound Coatings Says -
Thank You!!!
