John Parks -

Puget Sound Coatings was lucky enough to hire John from the competition over 10-years ago. Their loss was our gain. John is a versatile employee who over the years has done just about every job at PSC from Blasting and Painting to Forklift Driving. John now runs the Wheelabrator and is in charge of our Tape Wrapping Department. John is usually the first one in every morning and rarely misses a day.   

John's fellow employees recognized him by writing such things about him as: "Does Whatever It Takes To Do The Job...", "Works Late When Needed...", "A Great Guy To Work With...", "Dependable...", "Always Here Early...", "Very Knowledgeable With What He Does For The Company...", "Always Looking For Creative Ways Of Being More Efficient & Meeting The Budget...", "Very Dependable...", "Good Teacher To Others...", "Concerned About The Job He Does...", and many more things, to many to list.

Over the years PSC has taken on some unorthodox type jobs, John is very good at thinking on his feet to come up with a safe, effective way to handle these jobs. He is very in tune with the Wheelabrator customers needs and handles most of his own shipping and receiving while continuing to keep the Wheelabrator running at an optimal rate. He keeps all his equipment in good working order. When the Wheel is slow John knows enough about the other operations to be plugged in anywhere and make a positive contribution, from helping masking a job to filling in as an inspector on Nuclear work.

John received above all others, the vote for being the 'March Employee Of The Month' by his fellow crew members.
