Brian Ballard -

Brian hired in at our sister company, Machinists Inc., in July 1993 and then moved to the Puget Sound Coatings location in Feb 2000. He originally hired on as a 'Fine Grit' Blaster and has conquered many types of 'Art' type blasting while using a wide range of different media types to do his work over the years.

Brian's fellow employees recognized him by writing such things about him as: "He Takes Pride In His Works...", "Is A Good Blaster And Works On All Types Of Parts From Wood To Foam, Steel To Plastics, Glass To Rocks, And So On...", "Starts On Or Before Time, EVERYDAY...", "Works Late When Needed...", "Good Guy To Work With...",  "Willing To Do Whatever It Takes To Do The Job...", "Never Misses Any Days...", "Always Here, Always On Time...", "Has A Good Grasp Of What The Customer Wants And Performs To Their Expectations Continually....", "Concerned About The Job He Does...", Great Attitude Toward His Job...", "Strives For Excellence...", and many more things, to many to list.

He recently has taken time away from his family life and over a weekend not long ago took the initiative to work with our maintenance department on the installation of our new air compressor units. Brian continually is willing to 'step up to the plate' when needed, whatever the job is.

Brian received far above any others, the vote for being the 'February Employee Of The Month' by his fellow crew members.
