Ron Thompson -

Ron hired on at Machinists Incorporated (Our affiliate company) in September 1998. In January 2003 he came to Puget Sound Coatings to join the maintenance crew, and has been fixing things for us every since.
 

Ron's fellow employees recognized him by writing such things about him as: "Always Ready To Tackle Any Job...", "Dependable...", "Does High Quality Weld Work...", "A Great Producer...", "Emphasis's On Quality With His Work ...", "Works Weekends To Make Repairs That Affect Production...", "Diverse In His Job Skills...", "We Love The Friday BBQ...", "Keeps It Real...", "Good Attitude...", "Does What It Takes To Get The Job Done Right The First Time...", "Is A Good Metal Worker...", "Good Guy To Work Around...", and many more things, to many to list.

In this industry we regularly use heavy duty steel; saw horses, roll around carts, tables and hanging racks to setup our customers jobs. Ron has been in charge of making sure our steel 'Set Up Gear' stays in good shape by repairing it or building new when it's needed. We appreciate that from him very much. Considering the rigging of parts relies so heavily on that type of equipment and the level of safety that is required, it's important to have someone as responsible as Ron doing this job for us.

Ron received above any other the vote for being the 'November Employee Of The Month' by his fellow crew members.
