Employee Of The Month -
October 2004
Frank Mickelson -
Frank hired on at our sister company
in August of 1998 and then moved over to Puget Sound Coatings a couple of months
later in September. Being employed now for six years we've all known of Frank
for much longer then that because it was in 1995
when he and his father, with Emry BBQ & Catering, first catered our full company wide Christmas
Party that
we've then had them doing from that time forward.

Franks fellow employees recognized him by writing such things about him as:
"Jack Of All Trades...", "He's A Great Guy To Have On Our Team...",
"Always Willing To Stay Late...", "Comes In On Days Or Nights Whenever
Needed...", "He's Here All The Time...", "He's A Quality Blaster...", "Produces
A Lot Of Work...", "Comes In On The Weekend...", "Emphasis's On Quality With His
Work ...", "Beats Most Budgets...", "Does What It Takes To Get
The Job Done Right The First Time...", and many more things, to
many to list.
He has done many different tasks while being employed with PSC such as
working the Wheelabrator, Blasting in each of the different blast rooms, and Tape
Wrapping
of Pipes & Hydrants. Frank has worked both the day shift and the swing shift, it would take
more then both your hands and feet to count the times he has done both day shift
and swing shift on the same day.
Frank received above any others, the vote for being the 'October Employee
Of The Month' by his fellow crew members.
*** Keep Up The Good Work Frank ***
Puget Sound Coatings Says -
Thank You!!!
