How You (The Customer) Can Help

 We strive to do everything we can to help keep your costs down while maintaining the quality and schedule you require. How you send us your project may help both in pricing, quality, and length of time required to process it through our facilities. It is our goal to promote good communication with our customers and within PSC. This is key to a mutually successful project.

How To Bring Your Work To Us

• Have paperwork with the driver for items being dropped
• Bring parts in on pallets whenever possible
• Transport any loose or small parts in containment (i.e. using a box, tub, holder, special racking, stand...)
• Use wood dunnage under large parts on decks of trucks
• If sending multiple truck loads, stagger their arrival by at least a one half hour interval when possible is very helpful
• Bring it to us similar to how you want us to package it when done
• Notify us in advance to special shipping needs
